These general conditions of sale being able to be the subject of modifications, the applicable conditions are those in force on the Site at the date of making of your order.

Article 2: Conditions to carry out an order

Article 3: Price

The prices of our products are indicated in euros (€) HT and TTC (including all taxes).
- All the orders whatever their origin are payable in euros (€).
- In the event of order towards another country other than the Metropolitan France, the user is the importer of the products concerned. For all the products dispatched in DOM-TOM, the VAT applied will be 8,5%. Article 4: Order

Article 5: Validation

The deliveries are assured only for the valid countries on the site. We decline any responsibility as for lengthening for the delivery periods because of the conveyor, in particular in the event of loss of the products or strike. No sending of against refunding will be accepted, which that is the reason.

Article 9: Conformity of the products - Satisfied or Refunded

Article 9.1: Conformity of the products
