Shipping & Returns Article 9: Conformity of the products - Satisfied or Refunded Article 9.1: Conformity of the products The PURCHASER or the recipient has a 7 working days deadline (and commits itself informing of it the salesman by e-mail during the time limit ) as from the delivery of the order to turn over the product which would not be appropriate to the salesman and to ask the exchange or for refunding of it (In accordance with the article L 121-16 of the code of consumption). The PURCHASER can, either to exchange the product, or to be made refund while the recipient can, or to exchange the product, or to ask for the refunding of the PURCHASER within this 7 working day. The expenses of sending and return will be the responsibility of the shipper. Only the price of the products will be taken into account.
