General conditions of sales 

Article 1: Preamble

The present conditions of sale apply in an exclusive way to the trade: A FLEUR DE PEAU- 5, RUE LOUIS XI - 26700 PIERRELATTE N° Siret: 45265946900012 - APE: 524C - VAT Intra: FR50452659469 and with any person aiming or carrying out a purchase via the site www.dessouspourvous.com or www.dessouspourvous.fr . Any person can take note of the general conditions of sale on the site www.dessouspourvous.com (Ci after the "Site"). These general conditions of sale being able to be the subject of modifications, the applicable conditions are those in force on the Site at the date of making of your order.

Article 2: Conditions to carry out an order

You declare be old at least 18 years and to have the legal capacity or to be titular of a parental authorization allowing you to carry out an order on the site.

Article 3: Price

The prices of our products are indicated in euros (€) HT and TTC (including all taxes).
- All the orders whatever their origin are payable in euros (€).
- In the event of order towards another country other than the Metropolitan France, the user is the importer of the products concerned. For all the products dispatched in DOM-TOM, the VAT applied will be 8,5%. For all the products dispatched except European Union and DOM-TOM, the price will be automatically calculated net of tax on the invoice. Customs duties or other taxes local or right of importation or taxes of State are likely to be exigible. These rights and sums do not concern the spring of A Fleur de Peau. They will be with your load and raise of your whole responsibility, as well in term of declarations as of payments at the authorities and qualified organizations of your country. We advise you to inform you about these aspects near your local authorities.
- A Fleur de Peau reserves to modify its prices but the products will be invoicees on the basis of tariff at the time of the recording of your order.
- The products remain the property of A Fleur de Peau until the complete payment of the price.

Article 4: Order

The orders are done on the Site, contractual information are presented in French language. We reserve ourselves the right to cancel or refuse any order.

Article 5: Validation

You state to have taken knowledge and accept the present general conditions of sale before the making of your order. The validation of your order is worth thus acceptance of these general conditions of sale. Except contrary proof, the data recorded by the Site constitute the proof of the whole of the last transactions.

Article 6: Payment

The flow or the cashing of your payment will be carried out only after checking of the availability of the order in our stocks or in the suppliers.

Article 6.1: Payment made safe by Chart:

A Fleur de Peau  use the service of protected payment CIC 3D SECURE. You can pay directly by CB, Visa, MasterCard,…by phone to the Shop at +334 75 96 91 73

Article 6.2: Payment by cheque:

The payment by cheque is accepted only for the bill-to-addresses located in Metropolitan France. The order will not be validated that after effective cashing of the cheque by our bank. The delivery period will be shifted by it consequently.

Article 7: Confirmation - Availability

From the validation of the order (article 5), within 1 with 3jours wrought, email of confirmation will be addressed to you if the products are in stock or if they are available near our suppliers. In the event of unavailability, a model are equivalent will be proposed to you, you will have then to confirm or cancel the order by return of the email. The products posted in the Déstockage heading are not refunded.

Article 8: Delivery and time

The products are delivered to the address of delivery indicated by the consumer on the purchase order. With regard to forwarding, we work primarily with Colissimo Suivi Recommended. As soon as we proceed to a sending, you immediately receive an email communicating the number of parcel to you which you will be able to follow on www.laposte.fr/colissimo. The deliveries are assured only for the valid countries on the site. We decline any responsibility as for lengthening for the delivery periods because of the conveyor, in particular in the event of loss of the products or strike. No sending of against refunding will be accepted, which that is the reason.

Article 9: Conformity of the products - Satisfied or Refunded

Article 9.1: Conformity of the products

The PURCHASER or the recipient has a 7 working days deadline (and commits itself informing of it the salesman by e-mail during the time limit ) as from the delivery of the order to turn over the product which would not be appropriate to the salesman and to ask the exchange or for refunding of it (In accordance with the article L 121-16 of the code of consumption). The PURCHASER can, either to exchange the product, or to be made refund while the recipient can, or to exchange the product, or to ask for the refunding of the PURCHASER within this 7 working day. The expenses of sending and return will be the responsibility of the shipper. Only the price of the products will be taken into account. However, we will not be able to begin again :

Article 9.2: Methods of refunding

- one is attribution to have equivalent with the amount of your order (except transport charges) + 5%.
These refundings will be carried out within a time lower or equal to 30 days after the reception of the products by our care. Refunding will be carried out with the choice of A Fleur de Peau by bank check addressed to the customer having placed the order and at the address of the invoicing.

Article 10: Applicable duty - Litigations

This contract is subjected to the French law. The language of this contract is the French language. In the event of litigation the French courts will be only qualified.

Article 11: Personal information

A FLEUR DE PEAU commits itself not revealing with thirds the information communicated by the members on the Site. Those are confidential. They will be used by its internal services only for the treatment of your order and to reinforce and personalize the communication in particular by the letters/emails of information as within the framework of the personalization of the Site according to the noted preferences of the users.

Article 12: Intellectual property

All the texts, comments, works, illustrations and images reproduced on the Site are protected under the royalty, trade-mark law, right substantive patent law and to the image, and this for the whole world. In accordance with the provisions of the Code of the intellectual property, only the use for a private use subject to provisions different even more restrictive from the code of the intellectual property, is authorized. Any other use is constitutive of counterfeit and sanctioned with the intellectual document of title except preliminary authorization of A Fleur de Peau.
