Article 9: Conformity of the products - Satisfied or Refunded
Article 9.1: Conformity of the products
The PURCHASER or the recipient has a 7 working days deadline (and commits itself informing of it the salesman by e-mail during the time limit ) as from the delivery of the order to turn over the product which would not be appropriate to the salesman and to ask the exchange or for refunding of it (In accordance with the article L 121-16 of the code of consumption). The PURCHASER can, either to exchange the product, or to be made refund while the recipient can, or to exchange the product, or to ask for the refunding of the PURCHASER within this 7 working day.
The expenses of sending and return will be the responsibility of the shipper. Only the price of the products will be taken into account.
However, we will not be able to begin again :
- incomplete articles turned over, damaged, damaged, dirtied by the customer or not given intact with their labels and in their packing of origin.
- the parcels for which no element joint makes it possible to identify the shipper (n° of order, name, first name, address).
Article 9.2: Methods of refunding
In the event of dissatisfaction and according to methods' detailed into 9.1, you can obtain :
- ithe refunding of your order (except transport charges ).
- the exchange of the products not corresponding to your order (defective or not in conformity).
- one is attribution to have equivalent with the amount of your order (except transport charges) + 5%.
These refundings will be carried out within a time lower or equal to 30 days after the reception of the products by our care.
Refunding will be carried out with the choice of A Fleur de Peau by bank check addressed to the customer having placed the order and at the address of the invoicing.
